In 2010 I was fortunate to be part of the team developing its second iteration while collaborating with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thesystemis.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Zach Lieberman<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Featured in the <a href=\"http:\/\/thecreatorsproject.vice.com\/blog\/is-eye-tracking-the-next-step-in-controller-free-video-games\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Creators Project<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The graphic look and feel was inspired by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=3efV2wqEjEY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TRON<\/a> and also <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cyriak.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cyriak Harris<\/a>.<br \/>[the video demo is actually running with mouse interaction]music: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=l5vvKS8611g\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Raymond Scott&#8217;s Cindy Electronium<\/a> remixed by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.simianmobiledisco.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Simian Mobile Disco<\/a><\/p><!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ShootEm! is the first game designed to be specifically played with the Eyewriter system.ShootEm! is a very simple game that allows the users to shoot lasers from their eyes to destroy the monsters before they attack you!The Eyewriter is a low-cost opensource eyetracking device.
