The Lab had the opportunity of exploring continuous experiences between the retail and online space striving for an integrated user journey in both worlds.
More also, we had the opportunity of leveraging the Lab’s knowledge base in user experience and technical ability to build prototypes and iterate over fully functional interactions to test, validate and refine concepts and ideas.
These prototypes more than an integral part of the client’s presentation became a grounding start for the next phases of development and research in the online presence and future retail experiences.
